Return and refund policy

At hititetx.com, we want you to feel confident with every belt purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve designed our returns and refunds process to be clear and straightforward.

Return eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days from the date you receive your order, provided that:
• The item is unused and in its original condition
• All original packaging, tags, and accessories are included
• Proof of purchase is provided
• You contact us before returning the item

To request a return, please email info@hititetx.com. Items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue. After review, we will propose an appropriate solution such as a replacement or refund.

Items not eligible for return
• Custom-made or personalized products
• Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
• Clearance or final-sale items

EU consumer right of withdrawal
In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will inform you of the outcome. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to process.
